Key Executives

Mr Ku Kin Shing, Ignatius joined the Group in January 2005 as the Financial Controller, in charge of the daily finance and accounting operations. In addition, he is responsible for implementing internal controls and corporate governance and practices, as well as liaising with external parties and regulatory bodies in respect of the Group's financial matters. Mr Ku has over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting and had worked in an international accounting firm prior to joining the Group. Thereafter he held the position of Financial Controller in a private company in Hong Kong. Mr Ku holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Canberra, Australia. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr Zhang Shantao is the Administration Manager of the Group and is responsible for the administration and general management. He was appointed as the Administration Manager of the Group in January 2004. From April 1992 to December 1994, Mr Zhang was the Assistant Department Head of a birth control department in Luozhuang District, Linyi City, Shandong Province, PRC and was in charge of birth control statistics. From January 1995 to June 2000, he was the head of the administration department at, a PRC entity engaged in the manufacture of paper chemical products and was in charge of the administrative matters of the company. In July 2000, Mr Zhang together with the Executive Chairman Mr Chen Yong, Managing Director Mr Li Hanpu and certain of the Executive Officers established Dahua. Mr Zhang was the head of Dahua's administration department, in charge of its administrative matters from July 2000 to December 2003. He is currently a Director of Dahua. Mr Zhang holds a Diploma in History from Linyi Normal College.

Mr Wang Jufeng is the Purchasing Manager of the Group, responsible for overseeing the purchasing functions. He was appointed as the Purchasing Manager of the Group in January 2004. He is in charge of the procurement of raw materials from third party suppliers and for ensuring that such raw materials comply with the Group's quality standards. In January 1993, he joined, a PRC entity engaged in trading of export products and was the purchasing department head from January 1993 to May 1997, in charge of purchasing matters. Subsequently from June 1997 to June 2000, he was the head of the purchasing department of an entity engaged in the manufacture of paper chemical products and was in charge of the purchase of raw materials used in the manufacture of paper chemical products. In July 2000, Mr Wang, together with the Executive Chairman Mr Chen Yong, Managing Director Mr Li Hanpu and certain of the Executive Officers, established Dahua. Mr Wang was the head of Dahua's purchasing department, in charge of its purchasing functions from July 2000 to December 2003. He is currently a Director of Dahua. Mr Wang holds a Diploma in Economics from Weifang Trade College.

Mr Chen Wenzhi is the Production and Engineering Manager of the Group. He was appointed as the Production and Engineering Manager of the Group in January 2004. He oversees the Group's production and engineering department and is responsible for managing and maintaining the quality control system. From February 1993 to June 2000, Mr Chen was the head of the engineering department of Jiangsu Xinda Group, an entity engaged in the manufacture of paper products and was in charge of product development. In July 2000, Mr Chen, together with the Executive Chairman Mr Chen Yong, Managing Director Mr Li Hanpu and certain of the Executive Officers, established Dahua. Mr Chen was the head of Dahua's production and engineering department, in charge of its production and engineering matters from July 2000 to December 2003. Mr Chen holds a Diploma in Pulp and Paper Manufacturing from Fujian Light Industries College.

Mr Zeng Xianli is the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Group and is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing operations. He was appointed as the Sales and Marketing Manager of the Group in January 2004. Mr Zeng has more than 20 years of marketing experience and his knowledge and expertise in managing sales and marketing operations has assisted the Group's expansion. From May 1982 to June 2000, he was the sales and marketing head of and was in charge of the sales and marketing operations. In July 2000, Mr Zeng together with the Executive Chairman Mr Chen Yong, Managing Director Mr Li Hanpu and certain of the Executive Officers, established Dahua. Mr Zeng was the head of Dahua's sales and marketing department, in charge of its sales and marketing operations from July 2000 to December 2003. He is currently a Director of Dahua. Mr Zeng holds a Diploma in Administration and Economics from Shandong Province Party School.

Mr Li Yifeng is the Customer Service Manager of the Group and oversees customer service related matters. He was appointed as the Customer Service Manager of the Group in January 2004. He is responsible for providing customers with after-sales services, fulfilling their needs and requirements,as well as obtaining feedback from them. He was the Finance Manager of a company engaged in trading of export products from September 1990 to May 1997. From June 1997 to June 2000, he worked as the Finance Manager of an entity engaged in the manufacture of paper chemical products and was in charge of its daily finance and accounting operations. He joined Dahua in 2000 and was the head of its customer service department from July 2000 to December 2003, in charge of providing after-sales services to customers. His extensive knowledge in financial matters has helped him understand more about the financial background and status of customers and their needs. He holds a Diploma in Administration and Economics from Shandong Agriculture University.
